DualSpeak was founded through a cross-cultural friendship and a shared passion for education. Arisa and Angel first connected in the fall of 2025, forming a strong personal and professional bond despite being based in different parts of the world—Arisa in Tokyo, Japan, and Angel in El Paso, Texas.

The idea for DualSpeak originated with Arisa, who recognized a growing need for engaging and accessible English language learning opportunities in Japan. Inspired by her vision, both founders combined their perspectives and strengths to bring the concept to life.
